TB Technology is looking for a Trainee Photocopier Service Engineer to join our growing team in Studley. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen interest in technology, strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn. Full training will be provided, including manufacturer training and ongoing support to help you build a successful career.
The Role
As a Trainee Photocopier Service Engineer, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers, learning how to install, maintain and repair multifunction printers and photocopiers while delivering outstanding customer service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Installing, configuring and commissioning multifunction devices.
- Diagnosing, repairing and maintaining multifunction devices and printers to manufacturer standards.
- Carrying out preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing.
- Providing remote technical support to customers where appropriate.
- Maintaining van stock, spare parts, tools and equipment.
- Identifying recurring faults and contributing to continuous service improvements.
- Attending manufacturer training courses and maintaining relevant certifications.

- Organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable with manual handling as part of the role.
- In possession of a full, clean UK driving licence.
